Bounty Cups

I always wanted to make the delicious inside of a bounty by myself. So I did!

First I made my own hollow spheres with milk chocolate. They came out pretty good since I've never done this before.

Here is what you need for the filling:
2 parts of coconut paste (used 150g)
2 parts of coconut flakes (used 150g)
1 part of organic agaves syrup (used 75g)

micorwave the coconut paste for about 1-2min. on the lowest temperature until it's liquid. Add the flakes and the agaves syrup. mix it well togehter and let it cool down in the fridge. 

Before eating the whole mix...fill the cups with it

melt some more milk chocolate and "close" the cups

store them in the fridge and take them out a few minutes before serving.
